GOP Table 2024 – Fee Schedule for Psychotherapists

Welcome to our latest update of the GOP Table 2024, provided by the German Association of Psychotherapists (DPtV). This document offers a comprehensive overview of the fee schedule for psychotherapists (GOP) according to the current medical fee schedule (GOÄ).

The table includes all relevant services from sections B and G of the GOÄ, which can be billed by psychological psychotherapists. Additionally, you will find important notes on using the fee table and calculating surcharge rates.

We recommend reading the notes on using the table carefully to ensure correct billing. Please also note that higher surcharge rates must be justified with a written explanation on the invoice or a fee agreement with the patients.
